That is my understanding, but I've CC'ed Douglas who has been
developing this code.

We would appreciate knowing how this works out for you.  We are
continuing development of this, and are creating an automated
environment to test it in.  That and some small fixes we have come
across over the past couple of months will hopefully also make it into
Samba shortly.
