This happens only by office documents and sometimes by some files that are downloaded from Internet and from e-mail saved attachments. Until now, I didn’t find any solution to this problems.

By Documents that are owned and accessed only by one and same user (creator) there was no such problem. Is there anything that I can do to fix it?

First you need to track down exactly how
this happens and try and get a reproducible
test case. It's really hard to give good advice
or fixes on this without that.
