[Samba] Update Samba 4.1.17 DCs to Samba 4.3.1

It's ready for production. That's why 4.3 is a stable branch and not
samba-master :-)

I switched my production environment at work from 4.1.19 to 4.3.1 three
weeks ago and see no reason not to update.

If you're just updating only your Member Servers and (at the moment) let
your DCs at 4.1/4.2, then I suggest you apply the patch from
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11327 to the sources of the
Member Servers, before you compile. It fixes a problem in this
constellation.
