[Samba] Demote a dead PDC: residuals in "DNS" console

The patches for 'samba-tool domain demote --remove-other-dead-server'
are now in master and will be in 4.4.  This will actually do a better
job of cleaning up a server than the normal 'samba-tool domain demote'
as it specifically removes DNS records and some other objects.

Sadly we didn't get time to fix the online case.
