[Samba] Samba4 AD DC Implementation Report - YAY! And Thanks for the tools!

I guess I did miss that Marc! Anyhow, I just send the original message to
say Bravo Zulu on a job well done. I think that the provisioning
instructions for Samba4 AD DC work VERY well... There were no real
complaints other than the fact I had to do it 3 times to get the
instructions straight...
