you have *something* making the connection unable
just fix whatever mangeles connection to 193.175.80.230 on port 80

if it is a proxy, a firewall you are not ware of or something else - 
it's on *your* side and maybe some appliance you are not aware at all 
depending on your position in the network

P.S.: removed all that long thread from the response becaus eit is 
*really* annoying scroll down hundret miles to find a few lines
