[Samba] Can't login to Windows 2012R2 with domain user

Hello.

Issue looks resolved with patch
https://attachments.samba.org/attachment.cgi?id=11162

Here is how does I made it on Ubuntu 14.04

   1. apt-get update
   2. apt-get source sernet-samba-ad
   3. apt-get build-dep sernet-samba-ad
   4. apt-get install devscripts
   5. cd samba-4.2.2/
   6. wget -vc https://attachments.samba.org/attachment.cgi?id=11162 -O - |
   patch -p1
   7. dch -i (write some connect for new package version)
   8. dpkg-source --commit (yet ahoter comment required)
   9. dpkg-buildpackage
   10. cp ../*deb /path/to/localrepo/samba/
   11. cd /path/to/localrepo/samba/
   12. dpkg-scanpackages  .  > Packages
   13. echo deb file:///path/to/localrepo/samba/ ./ >
   /etc/apt/sources.list.d/local-samba.list
   14. apt-get update
   15. apt-get upgrade
   16. /etc/init.d/sernet-samba-ad restart

Now I can login via RDP and to Windows 2008r2 and Windows 2012r2
