The bug 11303 is not really related to photoshop, it's triggered by
copying a file with a resource fork (which happens to be a TIFF file
with a PICT preview) to the server.

Interesting. In that setup the client will result to use ._
AppleDouble files for OS X metadata and resource fork instead of using
named streams.

Oh, very interesting. A hidden option for nsmb.conf. Checking the SMB
kernel client source code reveals more... :)
I'll test if this fixes bug 11303 too and then will probably escalate
to Apple.
