Yes, I know, that's why the advice

"Users not having a „server services“ line (default values), need to add
the parameter „winbindd“:

[global]
  ...
  server services = +winbind, -winbindd
"

is wrong

1) because winbindd is already default for 4.2
2) it should be -winbind, +winbindd
