[Samba] problem giving setting user permissions on specific folder

drwxrwxr-x+ 1 administrator  domänen-benutzer   20 26. Sep 00:18 folderx
drwxrwxr-x+ 1 user   domänen-benutzer 1210 26. Sep 00:18 folderx
drwxrwxr-x+ 1 administrator  domänen-benutzer  474 25. Sep 23:39 folderx
drwxrwxr-x+ 1 user        domänen-benutzer  536 25. Sep 23:39 folderx

sorry i had to change the owner name to "user" and the folders name to 
"folderx" because i cannot publish the real names.


The user i am having problem with belongs to the "domänen-benutzer" group.

"domänen-benutzer" is the group owning all the folders in my samba server
