[Samba] samba-tool time

Both tests work for me. However I get the following error when
attempting against my member server

@domain1:~# samba-tool time member1.domain.local
ERROR(runtime): uncaught exception - Connection to SRVSVC pipe of server
'member1.domain.local' failed: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
  File
"/usr/local/samba/lib/python2.7/site-packages/samba/netcmd/__init__.py",
line 175, in _run
    return self.run(*args, **kwargs)
  File
"/usr/local/samba/lib/python2.7/site-packages/samba/netcmd/time.py",

    self.outf.write(net.time(server_name)+"\n")

If I substitute the member servers domain name with it's IP it succeeds.
#samba-tool time 10.0.0.10
