[Samba] Error 64 connecting from WIndows 7

server signing = mandatory
as recommended by security scanners works fine with Windows 7 and even
WinXP after change a registry setting
([HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
