[Samba] samba 4.1.4 ms office files at times "access denied"

How is the safer way to upgrade samba-4.1.4 to Samba-4.1.6 in Ubuntu 12.04server? Or must I upgrade Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 14.04 first?Thank youTadewos

The first question is: Does this still happens with the latest Samba
version (4.1.6), too?
Second question: What does the logfile says in that moment it happens?
Maybe you have to increase the log level, for useful information.
