[Samba] samba4 and terminalserver licensing

Hi Marc, 

I've already found that bug too, but I don't get this error in my windows event logs. the only entry in the event logs is: 

ID 1043 Warning System Source: Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager 
The Remotedesktop-Sessionhostserver can't connect to the Remotedesktop-Licenseserver. Make sure that the Remotedesktop-Sessionhostserver is member of the Licenseservergroup "RDS-Endpointserver" on the Licenseserver. (self translated from german) 

But the Remotedesktop-Sessionhostservers are member of this local Group "RDS-Endpointserver" on the Licenseserver (checked with lusrmgr.msc)

I don't know anything about Citrix, but maybe the following is the reason: 

Do you have the follwing error in the Windows event log? 
> TerminalServices-Licensing 4105 – The Terminal Services license server 
> cannot update the license attributes for user “<UserName>” in Active 
> Directory Domain “<DomainName>” 

The reason for that is, that Samba don't support the timestamp value the 
msTSExpireDate requires:

There's a patch attached to the bug report, that applies also for 4.1, 
if you compile your DCs Samba by yourself. 4.2 will have it included.
