FINAL UPDATE: Simple Reason: We got a dot in Domainname -> Win10 uses
dns / ldap (udp) and fails - customer got no dot -> Everything goes the
classic way (Netbios) and worked

So I changed the Domain from foo.lan to foo ... everything fine
