works for me. Perhaps it could be useful to know what distrib you are 
running and which documentation you have been following?

Have you installed all the dependencies listed here :
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/OS_Requirements#For_An_Samba_Active_Directory_Domain_Controller

Perhaps something to do about docbook-*?
