[Samba] samba 4.2 RDP problem

Same issue for us Samba 4.1.2 compiled from source on Ubuntu 14.04.
RDP from Win7 to Win7 hangs and stays on welcome screen until you
restart samba. After restarting samba the welcome screen goes and
login proceeds normally.
