CUPS recently added new JobPrivateAccess/JobPrivateValues behaviour.
I'd suggest that you configure "JobPrivateValues" to "none" to disable
it. Also, please check that your server includes the fix for:
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10808
