When you put dns before mdns, it makes no sense to have both mdns4 and
mdns4_minimal in the order.
But in peoperly configured network (as in OP's case), the change you suggest
makes no sense. mdns4_minimal only handles .local domain. As the domain have
no such suffix, the result will be that .local names will first be searched in
DNS now, which is unlikely to yield any results.
