[Samba] Can add with net rpc command but NOT with dsa.msc

Do you have the chance to try this with another windows machine - win7
possibly?

RSAT tools like dsa (ADUC) etc. must be installed on that machine. Have
a look right here:

If the problem still occurs then I would guess you have a DNS problem.
