[Samba] High CPU Load samba 4.1.12 possibly because of Notify Request problem

I experienced similar problems with Samba 3.6.6 running on a Raspberry
Pi but, being new to both Linux and Samba did not know what diags to
produce nor how. Bug 10530.

I overclocked the Pi to 900Mhz and the problems seem to have reduced.

cannot keep up with the requests being thrown at it.
