[Samba] replace samba with windows7

Windows 7 will still faulter here. Sure, you can make shares, but 7 has memory optimized for foregrounds, desktop apps. Due to this, file transfers will be much slower than on 2008 or 2012. Your call, but as an IT lead, I would NEVER do this.

So we now have both yes it can and no it can't. We're gonna have to try it.

We can't find any doco on it so are guessing it's as simple as making a 
folder for each share in smb.conf then right click -> share? I bet 
copying the acls will be fun.
