[Samba] Samba4 joning Windows 2012 Foundation

Dear all,

when joining Windows Server 2012 Foundation to samba 4.1 there is an error:
The server did not finish checking the license compliance. If the server is
joined to a domain, make sure that the server can connect to a domain
controller.
Is there a way to extend samba4 to avoid this error?
