[Samba] Added user can't login to the domain!

Ask Microsoft about that RSAT-Version. Even in a MS-ADS this happens with RSAT/win7

But I'm afraid there is going something wrong?!
Letting problems exist, always leads to fatal failures!
Any Idea why this happens?!
