[Samba] 4.1.12: ldapcmp differences on attribute 'whenChanged'

Thank you, I did not know that.

However my question was more like:
- are you all seeing this too?
- is this a bug in the new 4.1.12?
- worth reporting?

Etc...

Anyway: since there have been no replies here, I have added our finding 
to the existing bugreport here:

Curious to see if the samba developpers have something to say about this.
