[Samba] Configuring aio_pthread

Jeremy,
As far as I can tell this behavior doesn't appear to be officially
documented. Am I looking in the wrong place? Should the manpage for
vfs_aio_pthread be updated to reflect that it is currently only supported
on Linux and that pthread-based AIO path is built into smbd after 4.x.x?
