[Samba] time sync for windows workstations

Maybe now it's better (perhaps standard NTP).
In my LAN I run Samba (actually Samba 4.1.11) on the linux server, with  
ntpd (ntpd 4.2.6p5), and my Windows XP and Windows 7 clients get their  
"internet time" from this server.
