If I remember correctly you are running samba 4 on Gentoo and from what 
you posted, you are also using DRBD, have you read this webpage:

http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/DRBD_with_OCFS2

Where it clearly says:

Warning
Drop the sysvol though, bad idea. without CTDB, files would corrupted 
with 2 access. But CTDB is not compatible with Samba AD.
