I just open the GPO editor of Windows RATS and not gpedit.msc
its not the same.

Its called : Group Policy Management
and this is the app setting : %SystemRoot%\system32\mmc.exe %SystemRoot%\system32\gpmc.msc
but install RATS and get that GPO managment editor.
