[Samba] Cannot find server error

I am running Samba 4.1.12 under Fedora 20. The smb.conf has not been changed 
for some years but both the OS and Samba have been ungraded several times.

The following message appears frequently in nmb.log:

../source3/nmbd/nmbd_become_lmb.c:533(become_local_master_browser)
   become_local_master_browser: Error - cannot find server MUSTANG in 
workgroup SDC on subnet 203.2.199.1

Google cannot tell me what this means nor how to fix it.

Mustang is correct, SDC is correct and the IP address is also correct (for 
that server).

What am I missing?
