[Samba] Office Words 2013 Crash from time to time

Dear All,

After further understanding.

It seem that the problem is ...
Word 2013 Crash...

And The auto recovered files is not what the users want, the text are
different or broken...

I've already set to 1 mins auto save.

What do you all think?
Related to Samba because using using roaming profiles?
