[Samba] Classical Upgrade

Iḿ getting the following error when trying
to upgrade a samba 3 to 4

ldap_connect_system: Binding to ldap server ldap://10.21.28.229 as
"cn=administrator,dc=espmg,dc=lan"

dn="cn=administrator,dc=espmg,dc=lan" Error: Invalid credentials
        (unknown)
Connection to LDAP server failed for the 1 try!
smb_ldap_setup_connection: ldap://10.21.28.229
smbldap_open_connection: connection opened
ldap_connect_system: Binding to ldap server ldap://10.21.28.229 as
"cn=administrator,dc=espmg,dc=lan"

dn="cn=administrator,dc=espmg,dc=lan" Error: Invalid credentials


I can connect to ldap sucessfully using this command

ldapsearch -x -h localhost -Dcn=administrator,dc=espmg,dc=lan
ou=Usuarios -w XXXXXXXXXX

Which password is samba-tool domain classicupgrade
trying to use ?

There's no samba instance running on this server
