[Samba] Strange DNS Entry that is not present record

Dear All,

I've try to add the A Record using Windows RAST for the strange dns
192.168.11.14 --> mysqlsrv

And the result are fail as there are already such entry.

But I cannot see this entry

Can anyone help on this???
