[Samba] Problem adding DCs

Hi Sketch,
Any luck resolving this issue? 
Don't think it's directly related with adding your DC.
I have the same issue after an upgrade from samba 4.1.5 to 4.1.13.
The upgraded DC is one of five. On all 4 other DCs I can see replication is
working fine (samba-tool drs showrepl), including replication towards the
one on which the samba-tool is giving me an error.
