[Samba] Problems with the "NetBIOS Name" - Nothing appears Machine Network!

Good Morning,

 From what I understand from your answer, the official documentation of 
SAMBA itself is saying it is not possible.

Do you confirm that? Like I said, I am Brazilian and my English is very 
bad. Thank you so much!
