This is all looking good.....
samba_update --verbose looks and checks if all needed DNS entries are ok.
If something was wrong it would have said so.

Problem now is that the Samba internal DNS server (192.9.200.71) has the
entries needed for Samba ADS and no knowlage of the other hosts insite
domain cnpapers.net and your DNS server (192.9.200.53) has the entries of
your domain except the interies needed for Samba ADS....

Both server will not forward queries to each other about cnpapers.net,
because they both think they are authoritative for this domain. I think you
have to configure DNS server 192.9.200.53 for Samba ADS.
