[Samba] s4 KDC issues tickets regardless of DNS

Hi
We're a little concerned about our setup. We noticed that we could still
get tickets on clients that had their IP changed by dhcp. We checked by
deliberately changing IP of the client and also by removing both its A,
AAA and PTR. We could not ping or nslookup it on the DC but could still
kinit and login on the client. Is that correct?
