What do you expect of smbd to do with private dir?

This directory is usually used to take two or three tdb databases:
secrets.tdb, passdb.tdb, and as of new netlogon_creds_cli.tdb.
In a samba-ctdb cluster, these databases are handled by ctdb,
and hence the private dir is not used at all. It is also not
necessary.

So in a clustering setup it is perfectly normal for smbd
to not use the private dir. Unless of course you want
to configure soemthing special and non-standard.

Cheers - Michael
