[Samba] suggestions for a "fast" fileserver - 1G / 10G

this was very interesting, because our Samba 3.6 with ext4 has a limit
with 8mb/s in a 1GigE.
So I have installed a test-machine with Samba 4.1.

with ext4: 40 MB/s
with xfs: 110 MB/s

so the data is pretty accurate.
