[Samba] Samba across multiple subnets

If some conditions is met, Wins is not necessary.
"Issue" with browsing is more complex situation that NetBios is involved
only.

At the moment I have working browsing between Lan and Vpn clients, but ath
moment one side - Lan clients see Vpn, but I work on vise versa also.
