[Samba] Samba across multiple subnets

Well I can assure you that its now working for me.

With those settings in my conf, I can now do an smb:/ from any subnet 
and all my network shares shows up properly.

Without those, if i run smb:/ I can only see the samba network from the 
subnet that the samba server lives on.  Every other subnet throws an error.
