[Samba] DNS Troubles in Windows Server 2003 Migration

Hi everyone:

I'm using Ubuntu server 12.04.4 i386 and Samba 4.1.6 (Using the Sernet packages)

Using Windows Server 2008, the migration process is fine, but when I use Windows Server 2003 the dns server(bind 9) is not starting and i see in the log(/var/log/syslog)

samba_dlz: Unable to get basedn for /var/lib/samba/private/dns/sam.ldb - NULL Base DN invalid for a base search
dlz_dlopen of 'AD DNS Zone' failed
SDLZ driver failed to load.
DLZ driver failed to load.
loading configuration: failure
