Hi Jeremy,
to tell the truth, the directory link count was generally reported as 0,
while sporadically (eg: when trying other kernels) it was 1.
Anyway, yes, the problem lies here.
Interestingly, samba4 correctly identifies the directory even when they
have a link count of 0.
