[Samba] Upgrading from Samba 4.0.1 to 4.1.6

Well I compiled the newest version and ran those couple of commands and it
didn't work.  I didn't have enough time to figure it out so I reverted back
to 4.0.1.  I'll play around with it more this weekend.
