Under winbind, getent group returns nothing irrespective of whether or
not the groups have gidNumber.

The config:

idmap config AMTB-WORKGROUP : backend = ad
winbind enum groups = yes

suggests that the OP has gidNumber

@OP do you need the enum for groups? If so, we can work around it.
