[Samba] Wiki should have Readme First

I think it's a really good idea to have a Readme that provides the first 
basic information, answers the main questions and correcting wrong view, 
like that S4 is only AD.

I've added this 1:1 to the Wiki
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Readme_First
as a draft. It's currently not linked. I'll do this later, when it 
contains more information.

So people with a Wiki Account can already start adding more details and 
doing corrections. And for those without: Just post your enhancements 
here on the list. I'll try to add them soon.

I'm currently a bit busy, but I try to expand the page during the next 
time, too.
