[Samba] samba4 registry

Hi Daniel,

My goal is not to config samba via registry. Some specific printer driver info must be changed in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print and I'm trying to figure out how to do that.

I think you did:

Smb.conf:
[global]
config backend=registry

restart samba 4
net registry enumerate HKLM/Software/Samba/smbconf

net conf list
net conf listshares
net conf drop
net conf delshare
net conf import

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Samba\smbconf is where the things go

Just do set a smb.conf as you would originaly then import it by

"net conf import your-smb.conf"

to see how things are working or if it is possible.

Thanks Daniel, but no luck.
For example, I can add values and change permissions on HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
But I cannot in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
