I think you did:

Smb.conf:
[global]
config backend=registry

restart samba 4
net registry enumerate HKLM/Software/Samba/smbconf

net conf list
net conf listshares
net conf drop
net conf delshare
net conf import

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Samba\smbconf is where the things go

Just do set a smb.conf as you would originaly then import it by

"net conf import your-smb.conf"

to see how things are working or if it is possible.

Thanks Daniel, but no luck.
For example, I can add values and change permissions on
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
But I cannot in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
