PDC in the MS world is an NT4 Primary Domain Controller. And I think we 
should try using the MS terms, so we all are talking about the same things.

The first DC in a forest automatically get all FSMO roles, because all 5 
roles have to exists. But if you add more DCs, you can split the 5 roles 
to different DCs.

Some of the roles exist only once in a forest. Some once in a domain, 
like the PDC emulator role.
