[Samba] can't get one specific group to show up in the output of id on one system but it does show up in another identically configured server in the same cluster

we're using rid since our ad doesn't provide gidNumber, so it's
internal 5578662,

idmap config *:backend = tdb
idmap config *:range = 4000000 - 5000000
idmap config DOMAIN : backend  = rid
idmap config DOMAIN : range    = 5000001 - 9000000
